Refund and Returns Policy for Glitopin

At Glitopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your purchase if:
- The product is in original condition: The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any artwork that has been altered or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.
- The return is initiated within 30 days: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@glitopin.com or call us at (541) 523-5234 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Package the Artwork: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.
- Ship the Return: Once you have the return instructions and label, send the artwork to the address provided.
Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund will include the purchase price of the artwork but does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect to begin the process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom Artworks: Any custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or in clearance are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an artwork for a different piece, please follow the same steps as for a return. After we receive your returned item, we will process the refund and allow you to place a new order for the item of your choice. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and may require a new payment if the new item costs more.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@glitopin.com. After the 24-hour window, we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
